About STP Support

STP Support was created as a space of for current and past trainees to share their experience of dealing with mental health problems, long term health conditions and negative experiences they’ve had whilst on the STP.

We hope that trainees who are struggling can come here to see they are not alone and that they might find some ideas of how to access help and how to support themselves in the blog posts from others. We also hope training officers can use this as a resource to support their trainees.

The editors would like to stress that you can and should contact the NSHCS (via nshcs@hee.nhs.uk) if you are struggling. All emails are triaged to the appropriate people who are able to help, all contact is treated fully confidentially and a properly trained member of staff will respond to you.

PLEASE DO NOT SUFFER IN SILENCE
